It has been widely used in home, apartment, hotel, real estate, office, agriculture, pension and other industries. In 2012, DUKEWE took the lead in establishing a 4S service system for smart home including solution, sales, service and survey to promote the landing of smart home and enable more users to enjoy smart home service. Up to now, DUKEWE has more than 600 smart home experience halls covering thousands of service providers and most cities in China, providing a series of related services for tens of thousands of users such as door-to-door survey, scheme design, installation, commissioning and after-sales maintenance.
It is expected that in 2020, the number of DUKE experience centers will exceed 1000, achieving 100% coverage of China's prefecture level cities and 90% of county-level cities. In order to ensure the service quality, DUKEWE service providers will receive training from location, recruitment, sales and product landing services before they are officially operated. DUKEWE provides professional training in product and technical knowledge, sales and service process, store operation and other aspects for service providers on a regular basis, covering three levels: primary, intermediate and advanced.
